How to use the web. It's a question man has struggled with since the beginning of time. Or at least since the late 80s.

For many businesses and non-profits the web is an entity that "becomes important." It often happens like this: someone in the organization pulls up the site, and he or she comes across something that has long been outdated: a product line, a news item, an old photo, a clunky Flash intro, or an old phone number. And before you know it, the organization's website "becomes important." Meetings happen. Vendors get involved. Stuff gets done. The embarrassment factor was enough to do the trick.

In other instances demand for a new website happens out of sheer desperation. The web guy leaves. The web guy's cell phone has been disconnected. The web guy's gone.
